1 cup non-fat yogurt
1 tsp. ground cardamom
Mix.
Use as a topping for pancakes, crepes, oatmeal, fruit, or a dip for apple or pear slices. Cardamom is a wonderful spice; Norwegians are very fond of it and use it in sweet breads and hot chocolate, among other things.
Serves 4.
Thank you for this recipe, Lisa! I just bought some cardamom and am looking for a good excuse to open the jar. Pancakes sound good too.
