All-Bran Rolls

Yield: Makes 4 dozen.

2 packages active dry yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 cup shortening
1 cup All-Bran
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
6 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix sugar, salt, All-Bran, and shortening. Pour boiling water over this mixture. Add eggs, flour, and yeast and mix. Put in greased bowl. Let rise about two hours after it is made out into rolls. Bake at 400° about 15 minutes.
