CRUST
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 cup butter

FILLING
3 8-oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 medium orange-grated rind and juice
4 egg whites-room temperature
canned cherry pie filling [opt.]

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter, and press evenly on bottom of buttered 9″ pan. Beat cream cheese with % cup sugar until fluffy. Add rind and juice. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into pan. May be topped with cherry pie filling. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes.
