		<description>The eternal skeptic in me asks &quot;Who&#039;s would appoint this panel?&quot;  Most (if not all) will be beholden to the politicians who appoint them, or have a string of hidden agendas to foist upon us.  The so called &quot;experts&quot; are the one who got us into this mess to start with.</description>
